The holiday season usually brings out two different types of travelers: those that embrace the snow and love nothing more than trekking to the mountains and those that want nothing more than to push their toes into warm sand and soak in the sun. Equity Estates has both of these types of individuals in mind as they have added new residences in Snowmass and Anguilla to their property portfolio.

Equity Estates AnguillaThe three bedroom, three bath ski-in/ski-out property in the heart of Snowmass base village includes a wrap around outdoor living are and outdoor sound and overhead heating elements. Capable of sleeping up to eight guests, the second floor unit includes two king master suites and one bunk room.

Overlooking the secluded Lover's Cove, the new four bedroom villa in Anguilla features a heated infinity pool and hot tub, a media room with wide screen television and home theatre, security system, private sunning areas, and even a separate one bedroom penthouse with its own full kitchen, living and dining room, and private outside terrace and balcony.

"In 2010, we have been heavily focused on finding spectacular homes in the destinations that our owner members want," said Adam Capes, Co-Founder of Equity Estates. "We really feel we have found two of our portfolio’s most impressive properties in Snowmass and Anguilla. The oceanfront villa in Anguilla may be the most spectacular home – in an equally incredible destination – that we have acquired thus far."

Equity Estates members began making reservations to the two residences last week and both properties will become available for travel just after the new year. The club has already donated a week long stay at the Anguilla home, a package worth an estimated $75,000, with proceeds benefitting The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation.

Equity Estates is on pace for their most successful six month window in their history as luxury travelers learn of the benefits of the club's equity based model. "We couldn’t be happier with how 2010 has turned out in terms of membership and portfolio growth as well as owner member satisfaction," said Co-Founder Philip Mekelburg.

Four more properties are slated to be added to the club's portfolio in the coming months, including Paris, France; Scottsdale, Arizona; Costa Rica; and a six bedroom home in Kapalua in Maui, Hawaii that Capes identified as one of the best properties in the destination club industry when we spoke with him today.
