DUO Members Given Access To Tour Club Residences

DUO, a new destination club from Club Holdings, launched less than a month ago. Like the rest of the destination club sector, it has been an eventful, and busy, month. The young club has already introduced a special offer to Ultimate Escapes members, added their first ski property, and have also created a way for charter members to immediately enjoy a collection of exemplary golf experiences via a relationship with The Tour Club.

San MartinDUO members will now be able to make a one-time purchase of 10 nights in Tour Club residences for $12,000 with nights available for use through the end of 2012. The Tour Club, also a part of Club Holdings, has residences in:

  • The Resort at Pelican Hill, Newport Coast, California
  • Wynn Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada
  • CordeValle Golf Club, San Martin, California
  • Sage Valley Golf Club, Graniteville, South Carolina
  • Sutton Bay, Agar, South Dakota
  • Pronghorn Club, Bend, Oregon
  • Atlanta National Golf Club, Atlanta, Georgia
  • TPC Jasna Polana, Princeton, New Jersey

Memberships are currently available to Ultimate Escapes members starting at $12,500. One of the major selling points is the club's plan to refund members 75% of the most comparable then-current published membership price at the time of the resignation request, up to 100% of the funds that former Ultimate Escapes members paid to their previous clubs in membership deposits, the 2009 Ultimate Escapes assessment, and the transfer fee paid to join DUO.
