Choice Escapes Increases Prices But Offers Discounts

Choice Escapes, a destination club largely built around their low entry cost, will be increasing their pricing on December 1, 2006. Offering four different membership plans, prices across all levels will be increased between $9,000 and $24,000 in the coming weeks as well as an increase in the club's annual dues.

Bronze Level

The club's most affordable membership plan, members receive two guaranteed weeks of usage each year. Members can elect to spend their two weeks by making one week long stay in both Fall and Spring, or taking two consecutive weeks in one of those two seasons.

Beginning on December 1, Choice Escapes will increase the entry point by $9,000 and annual dues by $1,000 per year.

Current Pricing: $20,000 Membership Deposit, $1,500 Annual Dues
Upcoming Pricing: $29,000 Membership Deposit, $2,500 Annual Dues

Silver Level

Similar to the club's Bronze Level, Choice Escapes Silver Membership allows for two weeks of annual travel, but offers members additional flexibility regarding usage. Members may select one week of travel in Summer or Winter and one week in Spring or Fall. Members can also trade their weeks with other members to get more desirable weeks.

Gold Level

Choice Escapes Gold Membership also allows for two weeks of annual travel, but across the more desireable Summer and Winter seasons. Again, members can elect to have one week of travel in both of these seasons, or join their weeks together to have a two week vacation in either Summer or Winter.

Upcoming Pricing: $58,000 Membership Deposit, $3,700 Annual Dues

Platinum Level

The club's highest membership offering allows for four weeks of guaranteed reservations, one across each season, and unlimited space available reservations within 90 days of travel.

While the Platinum Membership offers the greatest access, it also sees the greatest increase in the membership deposit at $24,000.

Despite the increase in membership deposits and annual dues, Choice Escapes is softening the blow by waiving the first year of annual dues across all membership plans.
