Boundless Journeys Club Releases Inaugural Property Roster
By: Destination Club News Date: November 2, 2010
Boundless Journeys Club made their formal introduction just weeks ago, primarily as just a message. "The best attributes of the destination club lifestyle with none of the high stakes risk." Today, the young club announced their first phase of destinations, bringing a mix of beach, ski, and leisure destinations to members, proving that they are more than just an idea.
Members will have access to three distinct property types. Diamond Portfolio residences are valued in excess of $5 million, Ruby Portfolio properties are between $3 million and $5 million, and Sapphire Portfolio homes at between $1.5 million and $3 million. Unlike the majority of other destination clubs where the properties are owned by the club, Boundless Journeys Club instead creates their portfolio through "a collection of strategically aligned property owners, developers, resorts, and real estate investors," meaning that the club has none of the debt and other obligations that many of their predecessors have endured.
Now aggressively moving forward, club founders Matt Holmes and Doug Burger are pleased to announce the addition of roughly 30 properties to their collection, in addition to countless safaris, tours, and expeditions available to members.
Beach Nothing speaks to the destination club experience quite like the image of relaxing beside the ocean without a care in the world. Boundless Journeys' portfolio of beach locations gives members easy access no matter what coast they are coming from. Residences in Los Cabos, Destin, The Bahamas, Kauai, and Maui have already been procured, with the highlight being a six bedroom villa in the Bahamas. Overlooking the marina, the residence comes equipped with a private outdoor pool and dock, restaurant style kitchen, flat screen televisions, and multiple wrap around porches.
Mountain Slopes are already beginning to open for the winter season, proving the insatiable desire that many luxury travelers have for snowcapped mountains. Montana, Deer Valley, and Park City make up Boundless Journeys' first wave of ski destinations. The two Utah destinations are mainstays within the sector, but the four cabins in Montana might be the gems of the group. Encompassing over 30,000 acres of wilderness, "The Ranch" offers members activities like horseback riding, rappelling, sport shooting, and far more.
Leisure Three golf Meccas make up the Boundless Journeys Club's leisure destinations: La Quinta, Reynolds Plantation, and Kiawah. The five bedroom home within PGA West in La Quinta overlooks the 10th and 12th holes of the Greg Norman golf course. The private pool and hot tub make for ideal location to relax sore muscles after a long day on the links.
These properties are just the first in the club's plans, but more will be rolled out in the near future once they meet the club's vetting standards. Also available to members are a growing assortment of sporting adventures and trips through Boundless Journeys corporate. We will profile these options later this week, but if you would like to learn more about Boundless Journeys Club, their model, and their pricing, please complete this short contact form for more.
