Banyan Tree Private Collection Adds New Properties In The Maldives

Banyan Tree Private Collection has made two additions to their portfolio of "own villas," bringing on residences in the exotic archipelago of the Maldives. Members are able to choose between the tented pool villa in Banyan Tree Madivaru or the two bedroom Sanctuary In-Ocean villa in Angsana Velavaru.

The pool villa opens to a view of white sand beaches. Banyan Tree Madivaru features an exclusive cluster of six freestanding tented pool villas - the first of its kind in Maldives.

For families and larger groups, the two bedroom Sanctuary In-Ocean Villa at Angsana Velavaru is ideal. The villa features a 27 square meter plunge pool expansive living area, and access to a ocean view via a lower deck.

An all season destination, the asset backed destination club suggests dolphin cruises, private sailing trips, and troll fishing from the traditional Maldivian dhoni amongst the many activities available to members.

Like a growing number of other destination clubs, Banyan Tree Private Collection has a truly global portfolio of residences to access. Their property roster includes destinations such as Phuket, Tuscany, London, Kyoto, and the Seychelles. In addition to these "own villas," Banyan Tree also has a "associate villas" component that includes Bangkok, Seoul, Ungasan, and others. Last year, Banyan Tree and The Hideaways Club partnered adding even more properties to the list through the reciprocal agreement.
