Abundant Life Sponsors International Concierge and Errand Association Conference

Abundant Life Luxury Estates Destination Club will sponsor the sixth annual conference of the International Concierge and Errand Association (ICEA) scheduled from October 3-6. The ICEA supports over 600 concierge businesses from 21 countries around the world. The conference will be open to members, non-members, suppliers, and those interested in starting a concierge business.

One of the destination club industry's newest players, Abundant Life offers multiple membership options, including:

  • Silver Membership: Members receive seven nights of annual access to the club's portfolio of $1 million residences. Members pay a $65,000 membership deposit with accompanying annual dues of $9,984.
  • Gold Membership: Requiring a membership deposit of $150,000 and dues of $28,800 per year, members receive 21 nights of access to a portfolio of $3 million residences.
  • Platinum Membership: For a membership fee of $895,000 and annual dues of $57,600 per year, members receive 28 nights of club access. According to details from the club's website, members "enjoy the use of our $10 million estates, services and amenities for two weeks, and the use of an additional two weeks at any of our gold estates."

Joining these membership fees is an "origination fee" ranging from $7,500 to $25,000 of which no information is disclosed regarding its use.

Joining Abundant Life as sponsors will be AccuConference and Case Handyman and Remodeling. On the agenda for the conference are seminars on fee setting, contracts and proposals, customer service, cash flows, concierge expectations and pitfalls, personal shopping, and more. Speakers will include:

  • Jackie Farley: CEO of Wise Women Incorporated
  • Katharine Giovanni: Triangle Concierge
  • Tom Larance: Corporate Concierge
  • Nick Bowling: Corporate Concierge
