Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club Wraps Up Discounted Pricing

Since December of last year, the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club has allowed new members the ability to join their equity destination club at a 40% discount from standard market prices. In less than a week, this program will end and the club will reset their prices to traditional levels on April 1st.
"There has never been a better time to join the club – nor a better value," said Scott Wiseman, Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club's President when the promotion was announced late last year. "The club’s residences – which are each typically 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and at least four bathrooms – are comfortable 'homes away from home' for family and friends, and the perfect places to experience your most memorable family vacations."
All three of the club's membership plans were discounted by 40%, allowing for savings of nearly $200,000 on the club's 45 Night Membership.

In addition to the reduced pricing still available to new members, the club also introduced a new dues only membership option that allows members the ability to travel with the destination club for two years without paying the up-front membership deposit required to join.
We reached out to our friend Darin Gilson from the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club to see how these promotions have done in recent months. "They have been very well received, and we have done approximately the same number of two year trial memberships and equity memberships during the first two months of 2010 as in all of 2009," said Gilson. "While it sounds trite, there truly has never been a better time to join the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club."
