In addition to the journeys available through Abercrombie & Kent, spanning over 100 countries around the world, members of the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club will now have access to a collection of boutique hotel options in some of Europe's most highly sought after destinations in addition to the multi-million properties owned debt-free by the club.

"We are committed to growing the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club by providing luxury vacation experiences in some of the world’s most exciting cities," said Abercrombie & Kent Founder, Chairman and CEO Geoffrey Kent. "As innovators in the destination club industry, we know our members will appreciate the opportunity to stay at extraordinary boutique hotels that offer a distinctive sense of place in locations that are not part of the Club’s current portfolio."

Discussed yesterday in Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club's webinar, properties in London, Paris, and Rome will now be available to members throughout 2010 at some of the most prized hotels in the region, including:

  • The Goring Hotel - London: Travel & Leisure's #1 hotel in England and just a block from Buckingham Palace, The Goring Hotel was opened by Otto Richard Goring nearly a century ago with the claim as the first hotel in the world to feature a private bathroom in every room and central heating. The Goring has come a long way to achieve the five-star praise it has garnered over the past 100 years.
  • The Milestone - London: Based near Kensington Gardens and within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall, The Milestone has also be recognized by Travel & Leisure when it was ranked #1 in the world for service in 2008. Showcasing 45 bedrooms, 12 suites, and six two bedroom apartments, The Milestone was fully restored to its original grandeur in 1999 following a fire.
  • Relais Christine - Paris: Steps from the Louvre and just a short trip to the Eiffel Tower, Relais Christine features a private salon, valet parking, high-speed internet, room service, and laundry.
  • The Rose Garden Palace - Rome: Just off Via Veneto, The Rose Garden Palace offers easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing all within walking distance. With 57-double rooms and eight elegant suites, each with marble baths and showers, The Rose Garden Palace's rooms also feature individual in-room climate control, lockboxes, satellite television, refrigerator and bar, and high-speed internet.

Members can exchange their nights with the club on a one-for-one basis to these boutique hotels, complete with a full breakfast each morning.

Until the end of March, Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club has discounted their equity memberships by 40% to be "better aligned with the current real estate market." In addition, a two year dues only membership is also available for those looking to explore the destination club experience.
