Earlier this month, the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club announced the results of their annual survey of members. With a good portion of the nation wrapped up in a cold snap, it is only fitting that the club's residence, Hale Pu'uhonua, in the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the always sunny Big Island of Hawaii was voted the favorite home in the A&K property portfolio.

Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club Hawaii"This home feels like vacation when you walk through the doors," wrote Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club member Corey Lovering. "The layout is fantastic. It affords privacy for its guests with distinct bedrooms with their own entrances/exits and provides well thought out comfortable shared living spaces. It easily housed our two families. The home has amazing indoor/outdoor living space that spills out to the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the putting course...I could stay there, and have, over and over again...we've had tons of great times there and have memories to treasure for a lifetime."

Each of the property's four bedrooms have their own entrance, making for an ideal base camp for large families as stated by Lovering. Located in the Champion Ridge subdivision, the home is part of the only residential development in Hawaii designed around an 18-hole putting course and the amenities don't end there. Members have access to the Private Beach Club and children's day camp or stay at home, enjoying the heated infinity-edge pool, custom lava rock Jacuzzi, or theatre room.

Currently, the Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club has discounted their equity membership prices, allowing new members to save 40% off normal prices. "There has never been a better time to join the Club – nor a better value," said Scott Wiseman, Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club's President. "The Club’s residences – which are each typically 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and at least four bathrooms – are comfortable 'homes away from home' for family and friends, and the perfect places to experience your most memorable family vacations."

The current offer will be ending at the end of March and is one of the most sizeable discounts in the history of the destination club industry. A two-year trial membership is also available that requires no membership deposit. Instead, trial members simply pay annual dues plus a 10% premium that is credited towards their capital contribution if they elect to become a full equity member.
