Membership Plans

Launched to Canadian buyers in September of 2008, Moncasa Private Club Residences would be the first destination club to focus solely on providing members with beach properties, specifically in the Caribbean. The Moncasa Caribbean Experience would plan to ultimately include 80 properties in 50 destinations throughout the region. In addition, members would have access to luxury hotels and resorts and a collection of adventures ranging from underwater treasure hunts to cruises.

Further, each club membership deposit reflects an equity share of the real estate portfolio and its appreciation. It’s win-win for vacationers."

As part of their launch, Moncasa Private Club Residences made 52 Founding Memberships available to their Canadian buyers. Individual Memberships would start at $27,400 and continue up to $89,000 with Corporate and Group Memberships available for $135,000.

In the months following, Moncasa planned to launch their destination club in the United States, but clubs like The LUSSO Collection, High Country Club, and The Solstice Collection would all file for bankruptcy. No news from Moncasa Private Club Residences would emerge and it appears that the club has been put on the shelf at present.
