Moncasa Private Club Residences Executives
Conceived and launched in 2008, Moncasa Private Club Residences would be an arm of Moncasa Capital.
"Moncasa Capital is a Canadian private equity corporation which identifies and develops assets within the leisure economy with the potential for above average capital appreciation and increasing cash flow returns," the organization's website reads.
"Moncasa Capital has identified the second-home industry with the potential for above average returns for investors and is pursuing the opportunity with an integrated multi-channel strategy."
"Moncasa Capital has identified the Caribbean as a prime destination for second-home ownership."
- "The Caribbean is the most popular sun destination in the world with an annual base of over 15 million visitors."
- "The variety of culture among the Caribbean islands is unparalleled due to the interaction of diverse European historical events impacting the societal growth of each community."
- "The Caribbean is accessible to over 160 million North Americans within a three-hour flight."
The new destination club would focus exclusively on the Caribbean, giving members access to a planned 80 residences in 50 distinct destinations.
Despite the large market base the club would pursue, Moncasa Private Club Residences' launch would coincide with the downturn in the financial and real estate markets. New information regarding the status of the club has been virtually nonexistent since their launch date.
