Members of the equity destination club Mirabella Estates enjoyed unlimited access to the club's collection of $2.5 to $3.5 million homes. Each of the three membership plans offered by the club had different access rights, differing in the number of guaranteed nights per year and how space available reservations could be made.
Providing two weeks of guaranteed access to the Mirabella Estates' properties, Gold Memberships also allowed for unlimited annual travel. Members could make these unlimited reservations subjecto to the club's rules and regulations and availability. Members could not make these "as available" reservations more than 60 days in advance.
Gold members were allowed to travel during the club's peak periods, but again, only on a "as available" basis after Platinum and Titanium members had an opportunity to make reservations.
Once the highest membership option before the introduction of Titanium, Platinum offered members four weeks of guaranteed access. These four weeks were divided into two weeks of access in the summer and two weeks of usage in the winter. Like the other membership plans within the club, members had unlimited access to the club's properties on a space available basis. Platinum members could make these reservations up to 75 days in advance.
Mirabella Estates identified four peak periods of use composed of two weeks for Christmas and New Year's in the winter and two weeks considered as spring break. Platinum members were allowed to make one advanced reservation during these four weeks and then could travel during the other three on a as available basis.
The highest level in the Mirabella Estates collection of membership plans, the Titanium Membership was also the last option introduced by the club. Titanium members were guaranteed six weeks of annual access with unlimited as available access. For these as available nights, members could make their reservations up to 90 days in advance compared to 75 and 60 days in advance for the Platinum and Gold Memberships respectively.
Unlike the other two companion membership plans, Titanium members had access to all holiday periods.
Soon after their launch, Mirabella would be acquired by Exclusive Resorts, a young destination club well on their way to dominate the sector for years to come. In addition to properties, Exclusive Resorts also acquired marketing and customer service tools estimated to be worth roughly $20 million.
