Prior to their acquisition by Exclusive Resorts, the world's largest destination club, Mirabella Estates would sell Class B limited partnership interests to accredited investors. At the time of the acquisition, the assets of Mirabella Estates was estimated to be $20 million, including real estate, proprietary marketing data, statisitical models, and customer service systems.

Our homes are large and expansive, averaging over 3,500 square feet, with ample space to get reconnected. Our portfolio of homes range in value from $2.5 to $3.5 million dollars, offering a distinctive vantage point for you and your family to indulge in everything a destination has to offer. Each home is constructed of the highest quality materials and is meticulously designed and decorated by leading architects and interior designers. Each home is complete with gourmet kitchens, luxury baths, and an entertainment center, and is elegantly furnished with fine furniture and completed with top-of-the-line linens, dishware, cookware, and more."

The properties within the Mirabella Estates portfolio included:

  • Aspen, Colorado
  • Telluride, Colorado
  • Los Cabos, Mexico
  • Kaua'i, Hawaii
  • New York, New York

During the same period of time that Exclusive Resorts acquired Mirabella Estates, they also acquired The Odyssey Club, another small destination club preparing for launch.

Since these acquisitions, Exclusive Resorts has virtually dominated the sector, with well over 3,000 members and $1 billion in real estate holdings.
