Marrying deeded interest in a club property with the destination club concept, Mirabella Estates offered limited partnership interests in their club, providing members unlimited access to their collection of residences and additional security on their membership.

As the young Mirabella Estates grew, Exclusive Resorts, a fellow upstart destination club that had acquired their first property less than a year before, acquired the club. Terms regarding the acquistion were not revealed, but the properties, marketing data, statistical models, and customer service systems acquired by Exclusive Resorts were estimated to be roughly $20 million.

Due in part to their short history in the destination club sector, only one press release is available regarding Mirabella Estates, the announcement regarding their acquisition by Exclusive Resorts. In the same release, Exclusive Resorts also announced the addition of The Odyssey Club to their family, also through acquistion.
