Mirabella Estates Membership Pricing
Prior to their acquisition by Exclusive Resorts late in 2003, Mirabella Estates offered Class B limited partnership interests, labeled as the Platinum and Gold Membership programs. Each provided members unlimited annual but had slightly different usage restrictions and ownership interests. Mirabella would also go on to add a Titanium Membership at the top end of their membership structure.
Partnership interests varied widely during the course of the club's history, with some membership plans changing up to $200,000.
Gold Membership
Like many other young destination clubs, Mirabella Estates offered premium pricing to founding members and soon changed their pricing structure once the memberships were sold. The club's Gold Memberships were originally available for a one time membership fee of $375,000. Once the Titanium Membership was introduced, Gold Memberships were brought down to $175,000 and ownership levels were restructured. Members could travel on an unlimited basis for a cost that ranged between $75 and $150 per night, another price point that changed over time within the club. Gold members could only travel during the peak periods of Christmas, New Year's, and Spring Break on a space available basis. Platinum and Titanium members received priority access during these periods. Gold Members were guaranteed two weeks of access each year.
Gold members received a Deed of Trust for a 1/20th undivided interest in a specific Charter Property.
In addition to the limited partnership interest, members also paid a one time intiation/closing fee of $15,000.
Platinum Membership
Like the Gold Membership, Platinum members paid either $275,000 or $475,000 for their membership interest. The $475,000 membership offer was the club's early price point and dropped to $275,000 once the club's Titanium Membership was introduced, effectively replacing it at the top of the club's membership plans. Unlike the Gold Membership, Platinum members had access to the Mirabella Estates' portfolio during holiday periods defined as Christmas and New Year's and two weeks defined as Spring Break. Members paid a nightly fee of either $75 or $150, another price point that fluctuated over time. Like the other membership plans within Mirabella Estates, members could travel on an unlimited basis, subject to the club's rules and regulations, but were provided four weeks of guaranteed access each year, two weeks in summer and two weeks in winter, one of which could be a holiday reservation.
Platinum members received a Deed of Trust for a 1/10th undivided interest in a specific Charter Property.
In addition to the limited partnership interest, members also paid a one time intiation/closing fee of $20,000.
Titanium Membership
Titanium members paid $375,000 for their Deed of Trust for a 1/8 undivided interest is a Charter Property. Titanium was the last membership plan introduced at Mirabella Estates and did not change price before the club was acquired by Exclusive Resorts. Unlike the Gold Membership, which allowed for only space available holiday reservations, and the Platinum Membership that provided for one holiday reservation per year, Titanium members had all holiday periods guaranteed. Members paid a nightly fee of either $75 or $150, a price that fluctuated over time. Like the other membership plans within Mirabella Estates, Titanium members could travel on an unlimited basis, subject to the club's rules and regulations, but were provided six weeks of guaranteed access each year that could be used at any time.
Titanium members received a Deed of Trust for a 1/8th undivided interest in a specific Charter Property.
In addition to the limited partnership interest, members also paid a one time intiation/closing fee of $25,000.
