Mirabella Estates
Membership Plans

Acquired by Exclusive Resorts prior to establishing their name within the destination club industry, Mirabella Estates originally offered two different membership plans. These memberships were Class B limited partnership interests labeled as the Platinum and Gold Membership programs, each providing for unlimited annual travel but differences in holiday access. Mirabella would also later add a Titanium Membership at the top end of their membership structure.

Partnership interests varied widely during the course of the club's history, with some membership plans changing up to $200,000.

Gold Membership

Gold Memberships were available for a one time membership fee that was offered for both $175,000 and $375,000. Like other membership plans within Mirabella Estates, limited partnership interests changed significantly during their tenure in the industry before being acquired by Exclusive Resorts. Members could travel on an unlimited basis for a cost that ranged between $75 and $150 per night, another price point that changed over time within the club. Unlike the Platinum Membership, Gold members could only travel during the peak periods of Christmas, New Year's, and Spring Break on a space available basis. Platinum Members received priority access during these periods. Gold Members were guaranteed two weeks of access each year.

Gold members paid $15,000 per year in annual dues and received a Deed of Trust for a 1/20 undivided interest in a specific Charter Property.

In addition to the limited partnership interest, members also paid a one time intiation/closing fee of $15,000.

Platinum Membership

Based on the point at which a member joined, Platinum members paid either $275,000 or $475,000 for their membership interest. Unlike the Gold Membership, Platinum members had year round access to the Mirabella Estates' portfolio, including holiday periods defined as Christmas and New Year's and two weeks defined as Spring Break. Members paid a nightly fee of either $75 or $150, another price point that fluctuated over time. Like the other membership plans within Mirabella Estates, members could travel on an unlimited basis, subject to the club's rules and regulations, but were provided four weeks of guaranteed access each year, two weeks in summer and two weeks in winter, one of which could be a holiday reservation.

Platinum members paid between $13,000 and $17,500 each year in annual dues and received a Deed of Trust for a 1/10 undivided interest in a specific Charter Property.

In addition to the limited partnership interest, members also paid a one time intiation/closing fee of $20,000.

Titanium Membership

Titanium members paid $375,000 for their Deed of Trust for a 1/8 undivided interest is a Charter Property. Unlike the Gold Membership, which allowed for only space available holiday reservations, and the Platinum Membership that provided for one holiday reservation per year, Titanium members had all holiday periods guaranteed. Members paid a nightly fee of either $75 or $150, a price that fluctuated over time. Like the other membership plans within Mirabella Estates, Titanium members could travel on an unlimited basis, subject to the club's rules and regulations, but were provided six weeks of guaranteed access each year that could be used at any time.

Titanium members paid $17,000 each year in annual dues.

In addition to the limited partnership interest, members also paid a one time intiation/closing fee of $25,000.
