Mirabella Estates
Holiday Access

Prior to their acquisition by Exclusive Resorts late in 2003, Mirabella Estates offered "Class B limited partnership interests to accredited investors" across multiple membership plans, each with their own holiday access privileges.

Gold Membership

Gold members received two weeks of guaranteed access each year at Mirabella Estates' properties, with no usage restrictions pertaining to seasonality like the Platinum Membership. Members also enjoyed unlimited reservations no more than 60 days in advance.

Regarding holiday access, Gold Memberships were the only plans within the Mirabella Estates collection that had no guaranteed access. Members could only travel on a "as available basis" after Platinum and Titanium members made their reservations.

Platinum Membership

The middle tier in Mirabella Estates, Platinum Memberships provided four weeks of annual club usage. Unlike the other two membership plans, access was restricted by the season, allowing members two weeks of usage in the summer and two weeks in the winter. Members could travel during all seasons on an as available basis, subject to reservations being made no more than 75 days in advance.

Of those four weeks of guaranteed access, one could be used during a holiday period. Members could travel during other holiday periods on an as available basis, much like the Gold Membership plan.

Titanium Membership

The Titanium Membership was the highest level within Mirabella Estates. Members enjoyed six weeks of guaranteed access annually and unlimited travel benefits on a as available basis for reservations made no more than 90 days in advance of travel.

According to Mirabella Estate documents, "All holiday periods are included with Guaranteed Access." Both the Gold and Platinum Memberships had a as available component to holiday reservations, meaning that Titanium members enjoyed preferred access for each holiday period.
