Mirabella Estates Annual Dues
A growing destination club that was acquired by Exclusive Resorts, who would go on to dominate the industry, Mirabella Estates memberships were Class B limited partnership interests. Members could initially choose between Platinum and Gold Membership programs, each providing for unlimited annual travel but differences in holiday access. Mirabella Estates would later add a Titanium Membership to complete their membership structure.
Like many other young destination clubs, pricing fluctuated widely during their brief time in the industry, including annual dues. Please feel free to learn more about each of Mirabella Estates' three membership plan's annual dues below.
Gold Membership
Gold Memberships were available for a one time membership fee and an intiation/closing fee, members could travel on an unlimited basis for a per cost that ranged between $75 and $150, another price point that the club changed as they grew in the industry. Unlike the Platinum Membership, Gold members could only travel during the peak periods of Christmas, New Year's, and Spring Break on a space available basis. Platinum Members received priority access during these periods. Gold Members were guaranteed two weeks of access each year.
Members paid $15,000 per year in annual dues and received a Deed of Trust for a 1/20 undivided interest in a specific Charter Property.
