The Markers Club Partnerships
Launched in 2005, The Markers Club was the only destination club to focus on the luxury golf experience, providing members a collection of vacation properties in the world's best golf destinations and discounts and preferred access to local courses.
Early in their tenure within the sector, The Markers counted several golf themed partnerships as well as jet and sports alliances.
Headquartered in Phoenix, Markers members who staying in the club's Scottsdale residence could have their swing and stance analyzed for a custom fitting with PING. "Under the guidance of the same factory-trained fitters who work with the game’s top professional golfers, you’ll see how clubs matched to your stance and swing can lead to lower scores. Your performance with every club in your bag will be recorded and analyzed using the state-of-the-art Trackman device"
Members of the Markers enjoyed a customized program with Golf Digest Schools that "offers special access and pricing to this renowned instructional program." Like the PING partnership, the Golf Digest Schools Learning Center was based in Scottsdale, providing superior access to Arizona travelers.
With access to over 2,500 aircraft nationally, Blue Star Jets offered members of The Markers Club a 10% discount off the already lowest published rate if booked through a Markers concierge. Members had access to Helicopters, Turbo Props, Lears, Citations, Challengers, Gulfstreams, Legacy, Falcons, and Boeing Business Jets to name but a few.
The "premier domestic and international, door-to-door luggage and sports equipment delivery service," Sports Express offered members of The Markers Club a 10% discount on its regular service price. Sports Express would pick up a member's bag at their home or office and deliver them to their final destination.
