Hong Kong and Asia's first destination club, LUXLife launched their invitation only club in August of 2001. Created by Villa Partners International and Gary Ferraro, calling the new club a "revolutionary lifestyle investment for members."
Limited to members in the Hong Kong and Singapore markets, LUXLife limits their membership base to just a total of 399 affluent members who will have exclusive access to club properties. Once the club reaches its member capacity, it plans to own between 50 and 60 villas and luxury properties.
"This is not a public, mass market product," continued Ferraro. "This is an exclusive, private club representing an enduring, safe, prudent investment – a lifetime of luxury lifestyle fulfillment and family memories."
