Unlike other destination clubs who typically provide multiple membership options, ranging in price and the number of nights per year a member can travel, Lifestyle Assets and their unique equity structure allows for just one membership option.

Divided into regional groups, each fund within the Lifestyle Assets family is structured as an LLC limited to just 100 owners. Each of these regional groups will own approximately 12 luxury vacation properties debt-free.

Each member receives 5,000 points per year to use for club reservations. Based on the destination type, property size, arrival date, and time of year, each residence receives their own per night point cost. For example, a one week stay at a four or five bedroom property during New Years' week would require approximately 1,600 points. A five night stay in a two bedroom property during an off season period may only cost 160 credits. Based on the club's usage model, members can expect roughly 30 to 40 nights of travel per year.
