Legacy Luxury aimed to ultimately acquire 50 extraordinary residences available to members, each in the $3.5 million price range. In addition to acquiring these properties with a mindset on providing great experiences to members, Legacy Luxury also factored future appreciation into their consideration when evaluating new homes to the club's collection.
Each property would also feature the following amenities:
- 600 thread count linens
- Monogrammed towels and robes
- Chef ready kitchens
- Fine dishes
- Flat screen televisions
- Stereo systems
- DVD libraries
- XBox video game consoles
Using an equity structure where the members owned the club, Legacy Luxury would escrow membership funds until seven new members joined the club and then purchase a new property outright.
Legacy Luxury planned their launch during one of the worst economic climates the destination club sector had seen, already claiming leading clubs such as the LUSSO Collection, Solstice Collection, and High Country Club and it appears that Legacy Luxury ceased operations prior to ever officially making themselves public. The club did not have any properties when they closed.
