Legacy Luxury
Membership Plans

The small equity based destination club Legacy Luxury offered three different membership plans, providing between 30 and 60 nights of annual usage. Memberships ranged between a one time membership fee of $200,000 and $300,000.

Membership fees were used to purchase properties outright, with new members deposits being placed in escrow until seven new members joined the club.

Unfortunately, the club never was never fully implemented, with the club website offering no way for interested parties to learn more, and eventually the skeletal website was even pulled.

Gold Membership

Legacy Luxury's Gold Membership provided member/owners 30 nights of annual access for a $200,000 capital contribution. Gold members paid $25,000 per year and only the family could travel on the membership.

Like the other memberships within Legacy Luxury, the value of the original purchase price and a pro-rata share of the appreciation in the club's real estate determined the redemption value. Please visit our Legacy Luxury resignation page to learn more.

Platinum Membership

For an additional $50,000 investment from the Gold Membership, Platinum members received double the nights of annual usage. Members received 60 nights of access each year for $250,000. Like the Gold Membership, annual dues totaled $25,000 per year and the member's family was allowed to travel.

Corporate Membership

Legacy Luxury's highest membership plan in terms of the capital contribution, Corporate members paid a $300,000 deposit to join, $100,000 higher than the Gold Membership and $50,000 higher than Platinum. Members also paid $30,000 per year in annual dues, a $5,000 increase from the two other membership plans.

Corporate members were allowed 60 nights of annual travel, but unlike the other two Legacy Luxury plans, anyone could travel on the membership, from friends to family to business colleagues.
