Legacy Destinations
Usage

Taking a unique spin on the destination club model, Legacy Destinations planned to not own any of the properties in their portfolio. Instead, the club would partner with second home owners and developers and build their club around contributions from these partners.

In exchange for their residences, these partners would receive a free membership in the club and have access to all of the properties within the club's collection.

In addition, Legacy Destinations would actively market their club to members who would pay a membership deposit, annual dues, and nightly fees to access the properties within the club.

While this was the overall model of the club, none of the details regarding membership were ever disclosed, including pricing, annual dues, resignation policies, or usage levels for either membership type.

Each destination club has their own set of reservation rules pertaining to membership that include how many nights can be used each year, the number of reservations that can be held at one time, maximum and minimum lengths of stay, and dozens of other details that greatly contribute to how you can use the club and its amenities.
