These words are all the information provided by Legacy Destinations and the full details of the Charter Membership offering appear unknown. A very small destination club that stated that they had "developed a business model with a clear competitive advantage over the competition," Legacy Destination's business model was to partner with homeowners and developers who wanted to put their residence into the club's portfolio in exchange for a free membership. The club would then sell memberships outside of the partnership and begin purchasing properties of their own as new members joined.

While the business model was fleshed out, the actually offering to potential members appears to have never been created as pricing, annual dues, membership terms, and other basic information regarding membership were never published.
