Leading Residences of the World
Usage

"There is just one membership level at The Leading Residences of the World, providing unlimited and generous vacation travel options to all members. A single class of membership ensures that all members have common interests and goals and that the Club does not have mixed agendas relative to different membership levels."

As stated by The Leading Residences of the World literature, members had unlimited access to the club's collection of vacation properties, subject to the reservation policies and procedures.

Members could stay in one residence for up to seven consecutive days, but could link two reservations requests together to form a 14 day stay, subject to availability.

The combination of unlimited annual usage, a launch portfolio of over 20 properties, and an affiliation with The Leading Hotels of the World proved to be a formidable draw, as the club soon sold out their Charter Membership offering.

The young club grew to approximately 40 members before merging with the recently merged Quintess and Dream Catcher Retreats, two similarly sized, Colorado based destination clubs. The three clubs united to form Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World.

Unlike The Leading Residences of the World, Quintess offers several different membership plans, each with their own usage capabilities.
