When The Leading Residences of the World launched in July of 2005, the young destination club already had "a portfolio of more than 20 residences" available to members, a primary reason why LRW quickly sold out of their Charter Memberships.

Just a year and a half after their launch, The Leading Residences of the World would merge with Quintess to form Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World.
