Membership Pricing

Launched in July of 2005 as a new venture of The Leading Hotels of the World, The Leading Residences of the World offered an unlimited travel plan. According to the club's launch release, "Members pay a one-time deposit of $325,000 and annual dues of about $15,000."

Prior to the club's merger with Quintess to create Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World increased their membership deposit amount up to $350,000 with annual dues remaining $15,000 per year.

The Leading Residences of the World was one of the few destination clubs to offer just one membership plan.

The explanation provided by LRW as to why only one memberhip plan was offered was to ensure that "all members have common interests and goals and that The Leading Residences of the World does not have mixed agendas relative to different membership levels. All members have equal privileges. No member is permitted to monopolize holidays and other high-demand dates at the expense of other members."
