Leading Residences of the World Holiday Access
In The Leading Residences of the World frequently asked questions, the club briefly addresses the issue of how their destination club would handle peak period travel.
"What if the number of members wishing to stay at a particular destination during certain time periods exceeds the number of residences available?"
"The Leading Residences of the World's reservation policies have been designed to equitably allocate vacations when demand for a particular destination exceeds the number of residences in that location. Our Rotating Priority Reservation System ensures that all members have equal access during peak demand times over the years."
Unlike the vast majority of other destination clubs, The Leading Residences of the World offered only one membership plan, so that "all members have common interests and goals and that The Leading Residences of the World does not have mixed agendas relative to different membership levels. All members have equal privileges. No member is permitted to monopolize holidays and other high-demand dates at the expense of other members."
Members were allowed unlimited annual travel to the club's collection of vacation properties, subject to The Leading Residences of the World Rules and Regulations.
After a successful launch where the club quickly sold out of their Charter Memberships, The Leading Residences of the World would begin talks about a merger with Quintess, who were concurrently in negotiations to merge with Dream Catcher Retreats.
The three clubs would eventually join together to form the club as it is presently constituted, Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World.
