Leading Residences of the World
Annual Dues

Like other leading destination clubs of the era, Leading Residences of the World offered members unlimited annual travel, subject to the club's rules and regulations. Members paid $15,000 per year in annual dues up until the point that the club merged with Quintess to create Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World. The merger came just months after the merger of Quintess and Dream Catcher Retreats.

Unlike other destination clubs in the industry, Leading Residences of the World offered only one membership plan to members so that one group of members could not "monopolize holidays and other high-demand dates at the expense of other members."
