How Fun Resorts
Membership Plans

Following the collapse of the LUSSO Collection, How Fun Resorts was created to potentially file the void left by the boutique destination club's bankrupty. Originally conceived as "LUSSO 2," the club would utilize many of the same policies of their predecessor.

Charter Memberships were available up until April 15, 2009 to LUSSO Collection members and friends and family. A good faith escrow deposit of $10,000 was due by March 15, 2009, and a full dues payment of $30,000 due by the April 15 deadline.

Like LUSSO, members could travel on an unlimited basis. According to the club's overview letter to prospective members, usage was defined as "Unlimited but subject to the reservation policies. These policies are the same as the former LUSSO system and are outlined in the How Fun Resorts Rules and Regulations."

According to the club's application, Non-Charter Memberships appeared to be available for $395,000 with annual dues of $28,000 per year.

The destination club has yet to fully materealize, but if you were a How Fun Resorts prospect or employee and would like to help us provide additional information about the club, please reach us at contribute@destinationclubnews.com.
