With the LUSSO Collection wrapped in bankruptcy, a new club planned to emerge with the same famed experience that club members had come to expect but with a different financial structure. Originally conceived as "LUSSO 2," the new club would eventually decide upon the name How Fun Resorts.

The club would mirror many functional components of the LUSSO Collection offering, including the same reservation and holiday policies. How Fun Resorts would even launch their club with the same website architecture used by LUSSO, including the same taglines and imagery.

With high hopes, the club planned to submit "draft versions" of club documents, gauge interest, review contracts, acquire properties, accept new members, and finalize the club in a 60 day window in early 2009.

While the final fate of the destination club has yet to be determined, it appears that How Fun Resorts has elected not to move forward in this current economy.
