According to The Hideaways Club Frequently Asked Questions, "The relationship between the Property Company and management company is governed by an agreement. Were the management company to go into administration, the agreement would immediately be terminated and the Property Company would be able to appoint a new management company."

If the majority of the Property Company shareholders make a vote of no confidence in the management company, the management company has a period of time to rectify any issues. A second vote of no confidence could lead to a new management company, acquiring members' shares in the fund, or disposal of some or all of the Fund's properties.
