Each of the properties within the Havens' portfolio would average between 3,000 and 3,500 square feet and feature three to four bedrooms. Properties within their Cityscape collection would average 1,500 square feet and two bedrooms.

After seeing some initial success, the club fell on hard times. Eventually, a portion of the club's members would be absorbed by the similarly named, but vastly different, BelleHavens.
