A small non-equity destination club limited to just 400 members, Havens initially saw significant interest during their launch period. The club allowed members up to 12 weeks of annual access to their collection of luxurious properties, guaranteed reservations, and the ability to receive more back than you paid in through a new resignation structure that considered the future value of a membership.

Despite the benefits available to club members, Havens would be forced to the brink of closure with few, if any, real estate holdings. BelleHavens, a leading equity club in the industry came and absorbed a portion of the club's members prior to the club becoming a black eye on the destination club space.
