Havens Notes From The Club
While Havens is no longer a part of the destination club sector, their strong feelings on the sector still remain.
"Like you, each of us personally considered the many vacation options available today, including other destination clubs. Instead, we simply felt we could do it better ourselves," the club's executive team wrote.
Havens would launch with an attractive membership offer. Members had up to 12 weeks of annual access to the club's portfolio of luxury residences, a resignation policy that allowed members the ability to be refunded more than they paid to join, and guaranteed reservations.
Despite a quick start, the club soon fell on hard times. Havens had primarily leased all of their residences and had little equity in any. The club's closure was all but assured, but BelleHavens, a leading equity based club reached out to the Havens members to add to their membership base, but also to help protect the club from any fallout of having a similarly branded club go under.
With no news coming out of Havens due to this "merger," we invite you to learn more about the club through our quick links found to the right.
