Membership Pricing

Prior to being absorbed by the equity destination club BelleHavens, the non-equity Havens offered memberships at $250,000. Members were allowed to travel on an unlimited basis each year. Members could select between various usage levels that provided between four and eight weeks of annual usage, with members able to travel beyond their limit for a per night fee.

Earlier in the club's tenure, memberships were available for $225,000.

While membership costs were the same for each of the club's different membership plans, each had different levels of accompanying annual dues. Please learn more at our Havens Annual Dues page.

Havens was also one of the first destination clubs to adopt a resignation policy that allowed members the ability to receive more back than what they originally paid in. Now commonly known as "then current value," when a member resigned their membership, they received 80% of the then present value of their membership. In cases where the club had increased prices during a member's tenure within the club, it was possible that a member could receive more back than they paid in, further discounting the total cost of membership.
