Membership Plans

Prior to being absorbed by leading equity destination club BelleHavens, Havens offered memberships for $250,000. Havens used the popular "then current value" redemption policy that allowed members the opportunity to receive more than they contributed when they joined the club.

Similar to many other destination clubs, Havens offered only one membership deposit level and segmented their different membership plans based solely on usage and attached annual dues.

Four Week Membership

Four Week members were allowed to make two weeks of advanced reservations and two weeks of space available reservations each year. Members paid $8,750 once per year in annual dues prior to being absorbed by leading equity destination club BelleHavens.

Members could travel beyond their four week limit by paying a nightly fee for every night past their usage limit.

Six Week Membership

Following the same structure as the Four Week Membership, Six Week members were provided six weeks of annual travel, three weeks of guaranteed advanced reservations and three weeks of space available reservations. Members paid $13,125 per year in annual dues before being absorbed by BelleHavens.

Members could continue traveling beyond their six week limit by paying a nightly fee for each day in excess of their limit.

Eight Week Membership

Like the club's other two membership plans, Havens' Eight Week Membership is structured to have half of the members annual allottment of nights in advanced reservations and the other in space available reservations. As the club states, "Havens' members enjoy four weeks of guaranteed reservations and four weeks of space available reservations each year. Residence usage is covered each year through a single annual dues payment." Annual dues at the Eight Week Membership level were $17,500 per year.

Members could travel beyond their eight week limit by paying a per night fee for every additional night in occupancy.
