While still decidedly Midwestern, Grand Resort Properties has continued their expansion and now features international properties into Mexico, France, and the Caribbean.

Homes and yachts within the club typically average in excess of $2 million. Properties typically average over 3,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and baths.
