Based in Omaha, Grand Resort Properties brings a mid-western flair to their destination club with properties in the Lake of the Ozarks, Dahlonega, and Scottsdale. Like other destination clubs of the past, including Signature Destinations and Portofino, these properties were acquired so members could have easy, drivable access to the club's residences.

To maintain low annual costs to members, Grand Resort Properties is one of the few clubs within the destination club industry to allow non-members the ability to rent unsused nights.

Like other destination clubs of their respective size, Grand Resort Properties limits their sales and marketing costs and has not released any press releases regarding the club.
