The amount obligated to the member by the club when the member elects to resign their membership. This information is disclosed during the sales process and is found in many of the club's membership documents.

Based on the club and the membership plan, the destination club may not have to repay anything to the member when they leave the club or they may have to pay more than the original membership fee the member paid to join the club if the club uses a "future value" redemption model.
