The property value is the average appraisal price of the real estate holdings of a destination club. This number is used in many different forms from separating club levels like Ultimate Escapes or by financial agencies while performing independent audits to determine how a club fares in the Net Asset Test.

The property values of the club's homes will also give potential members a rough overview about the home size and configuration and by including the membership fee to join the club, get a general idea about the club's loan to value.
