Also called a residence club, Private Residence Clubs are typically fractional ownership offerings. Traditionally, a private residence club member owns a portion of the clubs residences, receiving a deeded interest or security position on the title, and may also enjoy options to trade this time for other locations.

The lines are beginning to blur between destination clubs and private residence clubs, but destination clubs typically do not involve ownership of the properties available to members but do provide for far more ease in receiving access to numerous properties.
