Much like a country club, some destination clubs set a limit regarding how many members they will ultimately accept into their club. Unlike a country club, which is limited to the land that the club exists on and therefore do have a limit to the number of members they can accept, destination clubs can continue to acquire new real estate across the globe for their members to use. Some clubs use variations of the membership cap by limiting the number of members in a regional area or a certain type of membership plan.

If a club has a membership cap, it could favorably alter the resignation process within the club. To learn how it could impact your membership, please feel free to request a free copy of our Destination Club Guide.
