Deposit Appreciation

Some destination clubs allow their members to redeem their Membership Fee for more than they originally paid. This type of redemption model rewards members who join the club early as the Redemption Value of their membership is attached to a percentage of the Future Value, often called “then current value,” of the membership. The longer a member stays a member and the more the club increases its membership fee to join, the more the member gets returned when they resign their membership.
