Annual Dues

The yearly cost members pay to access the club’s amenities. As opposed to the one time membership fee, annual dues are a year over year cost to the member. The vast majority of destination clubs charge only their annual dues to use the club, but a select few charge a nightly fee for each night in occupancy in addition to their annual dues.
