Actual Occupancy Rate

Percentage of a club's homes that are occupied by its members over the course of a year. This differs from the Planned Occupancy Rate as the Actual Occupancy Rate may differ from the occupancy model of a club. This number can be tracked in many different ways including occupancy for each individual home, for seasonality, and for the full portfolio of homes.
