Like Presnell Sporting Collection and the Spring Ridge and Alpine River Clubs, Fly Fishing Destinations was designed exclusively for the outdoorsmen audience.

The club released an "Introductory Offer" to their first 24 members, allowing members to choose between their two membership plans of $30,000 and $35,000. This non-refundable membership fee provided members five years of access to the club with no annual dues or assessments. Members received access to "the finest 'Blue Ribbon' Flyfishing Rivers in the world."

Ultimately, the club planned on capping their membership at 165 members. These members would have access to 5 different fishing destinations and new members looking to join the club would be put on a waiting list for the next available membership.

The final membership totals that the club achieved are unknown.
