Fly Fishing Destinations Holiday Access
A lot of people like to get away for the holidays, and that includes fish. Designed for fishermen looking to have access to blue ribbon streams and lakes around the United States, Fly Fishing Destinations had a different viewpoint on peak periods from most destination clubs.
Rather than defining their peak periods as Christmas or Thanksgiving, Fly Fishing Destinations identified their peak travel period as those that were best for fishing. The club segmented these periods out between their two primary membership plans.
Prime Time Membership
Members had access to one week of access between June 1 and September 15, the prime summer months for fishing, each year of their five year membership within the club. Members could trade their week with other members if they wanted a different week.
After the first five year membership term, the member could elect to renew their membership for an additional two terms at the initial membership price. After the third total term, memberships could still be renewed, but at the then current membership rate.
High Time Membership
High Time members had access to one week of access between April 15 and May 31 or September 16 to November 28, each year of their five year membership within the club. Members could trade their week with other members if they wanted a different week.
After the first five year membership term, the member could elect to renew their membership for an additional two terms at the initial membership price. After the third total term, memberships could still be renewed, but at the then current membership rate.
For both memberships, when a member joined, they selected their preferred week and that week would be their one week of access each year they were a member.
