Spending a portion of her career in software engineering and technological companies, Weed eventually transitioned to the destination club sector where she served as New England Regional Director at Exclusive Resorts where she brought in over $25 million of revenue.

Ironically, Weed would in a sort rejoin with Exclusive Resorts as Destination Cellars and Exclusive entered into a partnership in August of 2008.
